Can found on special event (Airdrop <Rare>, Crashed Plane <Always>, e.t.c.), or bunker military locker (Requires CAC Cards (A-Z)). Every bunker have at least 1 (Bunker Alfa, Bunker Bravo is only bunker you could reach in game. Bunker Charlie need Mi-24 Helicopter but the Mi-24 Helicopter needs Tungsten Bar, that is not added yet.

Mercenaries' camp

You can exchange first aid kits to Old man slim for 20 points each, equaling 1 level one mercenary per 5 first aid kits, 1 level 2 mercenary for 10 medkits and 1 level 3 mercenary for 15 first aid kits respectively.
