Found on "yellow berry" bushes in resource zones. There is 1 Kumquat per bush. They can also be obtained from bags and crates.

Trading

Kumquats earn 3 points each at the Dealer's companion during Act 2 of the Chinese New Year 2018 event, to exchange for Red Envelope, Dumplings, and Tang Yuan.
